Piyush is a Law graduate with a B.Com; LL.B.(Hons.) degree from Amity University, Kolkata. He has a strong interest in the fields of Cyber Laws and Taxation Laws, and has been an integral part of the Niti Manthan research team. Piyush also led the project on Online Gambling in June 2020. He is an active member of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals and is known for his extroverted personality and passion for reading. He regularly expresses his opinions on various platforms and has mentored over 300 students in the past year.
In addition to his law degree, Piyush also holds a Diploma Degree in Cyber Laws and Crime from the Asian School of Cyber Laws and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Taxation from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He has gained valuable experience working with esteemed legal firms such as Fox Mandal & Associates, Keystone Partners, Jaypee Associates Law Firm under the Senior Advocate Mr. Jai Prakash Rao, Kamath and Kamath Associates, among others.
Piyush aspires to focus his career around Taxation Laws, Cyber Laws, and Corporate Practices. He currently serves as the Research Director and coordinates in-house research at Jurynesia Journal of Legal Research. Piyush is poised to lead a global research center at Jurynesia, leveraging his expertise to contribute to the advancement of the field.
